Faction / Alliance pin disappears when inside the same car with them

Suggestion:
remove the player pins when inside the same car with factionmate / alliance

Who benefits:
Everyone with a faction. It provides better gameplay by removing the obstructive view of pins during gunfights

Minimum pin distance in /settings is back. Implemented in 10.0.1 and ready for testing.

You can use /version to check if it should be live on the server.
